BLUSHFIT HIIT

BLUSHFIT HIIT Sessions are Small Group Training Sessions with a personal trainer. They are high-intensity interval training sessions designed to increase the body’s ability to burn fat, speed up resting metabolism, and allow members to burn a high amount of calories in a short time. BLUSHFIT HIIT Sessions are Included with the Premium Level Membership!

BLUSH® Conditioning

This 50-minute total body strength class will help you build lean muscle and increase your conditioning. Every class has a short cardio section to get your heart rate pumping for a cardio-conditioning boost and will be different every time. This class is for all fitness levels and can be modified so everyone can participate.

BLUSH® Flow

Relax your mind with 50 minutes of balance, strength, and flexibility. BLUSH® Flow offers excellent opportunities to train your body.

BLUSH® CardioKick

BLUSH® CardioKick is a fat-blasting, ab-defining cardio workout that allows you to burn up to 1,000 calories an hour! A mix of kickboxing and simple dance grooves set to heart-pounding dance music that will have you looking forward to your next workout!

BLUSHing Beauties

This 50-minute class encompasses total body training. Every class starts with 20 minutes of strength, followed by 15 minutes of HIIT style, finishing with 15 minutes of mobility. This class works on both your aerobic and anaerobic capacity while hitting your upper body, lower body, and core for a specific period of time.

BLUSH® to the Beat

Join our 50-minute class and dance the night away to Latin and international music! This class incorporates varying levels of dance so that you can keep moving, burn calories, and improve your cardiovascular fitness.

BLUSH® Dance

BLUSH® Dance will keep you moving to pop, hip hop, and rap for a full hour of fun. This class is an awesome mixture of different music styles combined with creative choreography. You will work your core, legs, arms, and cardiovascular system from beginning to end.

BLUSH® Tone

Our 50-minute class is a strength-based class, combining bodyweight or light-weight moves with high repetitions. This total body class will hit every muscle and is a great class for any fitness level.

BLUSH® Pump

BLUSH® Pump will feature 50 minutes of lightweight, high-rep weight training. Helping to boost your metabolism for up to three days, this is an intense, satisfying workout. Nothing good comes easy!
